Unlike other banks we compete with, we operate a flat, lean internal structure where junior staff gain direct exposure to, and learn from, senior staff typically with decades of experience.
Our deal teams are deliberately no more than 3-4 and we expect staff to be able to scale individually as a result. We also operate with a minimum of administrative overhead so that the vast majority of your time is devoted to engaging prospects or working directly with clients.
We believe in working smarter, and for us that means a degree of regular hybrid working – a mixture of remote working and office working. While you are expected to be in the office the majority of every working week, we have found that the flexibility we give our employees allows them to utilise their time better, making them happier and more productive!
