Exceptions for US-based applicants:

  1. US graduates who qualify under the UK’s High Potential Individual (HPI) visa scheme are eligible to apply. This 2-year visa is available to recent graduates (within the last 5 years) from eligible top global universities, including 20 leading US universities. Candidates applying under this exception must have an indefinite right to work in the US (US citizens, permanent residents, etc.) to enable potential relocation after 2 years.
  2. If graduates do not qualify under the UK’s HPI visa scheme, but have an indefinite right to work in the US (US citizens, etc.), we may consider an on- premise role in New Orleans, LA where one of our Managing Partners is based.

Note: For candidates under exceptions 1 or 2, you must have existing work authorization for your intended employment duration. We cannot provide visa sponsorship or extend work authorization.
