A lifelong enthusiast of technology, Dorian has consistently focused on serving technology-driven clients, helping them achieve transformative growth and success through strategic M&A and financial advisory.
Dorian’s international career, spanning Dubai, Paris, and London, has given him deep exposure to cultural diversity and a unique ability to navigate the complexities of cross-border transactions. His global perspective has been instrumental in executing deals across multiple geographies and sectors, enriching his ability to understand and adapt to varied business contexts.
Throughout his career, Dorian has demonstrated a strong and diversified track record of achievements. As a private equity investor at Swicorp, he played a pivotal role in the investment in Sotipapier, a deeptech company, and successfully led its IPO exit efforts. At eFront, a unicorn French B2B software company, Dorian worked closely with the executive team during the pivotal year when the company was sold to BlackRock for over $1 billion. More recently, he has been instrumental in several high-profile cross-border M&A transactions, including the sale of Gemseek (specialized in automated customer insights) to Accenture and the sale of Worksmart (a RegTech B2B SaaS provider) to Davies Group, owned by BC Partners.
Fluent in French and English, with good command in Spanish, Dorian holds a Master’s degree in Corporate Finance from IAE Paris 12, where he graduated with honours.
