Steve Bachmann has 30+ years of experience in software and other technology-driven M&A/capital-raising advisory services across 100+ transactions. His historic focus has been B2B SaaS and Fintech companies but has completed transactions in a broad range of other technology sectors from infrastructure software to cybersecurity. In addition, his work experience includes roles as a late-stage VC investor and tech company CEO.
Most recently, Steve was Co-Head of Europe and Head of the U.S. for DAI Magister. Steve’s prior roles include serving as a Managing Director of Atlas Technology Group (a CA-based software M&A advisory firm), the founder and CEO of an ecommerce business, the founder and GP of Broadview Capital Partners (a $250m late-stage VC fund), and a Managing Director with Broadview (including opening Broadview’s initial London office and managing it for its first seven years).
He received a BSE degree, magna cum laude, in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering from Princeton University and an MBA from Harvard Business School. Steve now splits his time between the US and Europe.
