About Artis Partners LLP
Artis Partners LLP is a dynamic and growing financial advisory firm specialising in strategic mergers and acquisitions, growth financings, exit preparation, and fund advisory services, serving clients in Europe and the US. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional value to our clients through innovative solutions and deep industry expertise.
The Opportunity
We are seeking an exceptionally talented professional with at least 12 months of relevant, post-graduation experience to join our team at the Analyst 1-2 level. This role is designed for a high-calibre individual who will be instrumental in assisting with the execution of sophisticated technology M&A transactions. The firm has a strong pipeline and live mandates with highly visible tech companies in the UK and the US.
This is a highly dynamic team with an entrepreneurial spirit; you will get direct exposure to the firm’s partners, with an opportunity to take on bigger challenges and more strategic work as you demonstrate your capabilities.
Our fund advisory and exit preparation engagements expose you to leading entrepreneurs and funds as you help them design and refine portfolio and company exit strategies in advance of a potential sale or liquidity event.
This is an on-premise role based in our London office, with flexibility to work from home up to one day per week.
Right to work in the UK
Please confirm your right to work in the UK as part of your application (e.g., UK/Irish citizen, settled status, or visa status).
